policies
Please arrive at your appointment on time, no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are late to your appointment I will do my very best to accommodate you however the service may be subject to change. The original appointment type booked would still need to be charged however as this is the time that has been booked. If you are too late to the appointment for me to be able to fit you in, you will be subject to the no show cancellation fee. Please come to your appointment alone, however some exceptions can be made by prior arrangement.
covid-19:
You must rearrange or cancel your appointment as soon as possible if you or any members of your household are showing symptoms or feel unwell in any way.
age restrictions:
I can not apply gel products to anyone under the age of 16.
Children are not permitted in the studio.
removals:
I do not remove other technicians work, please come to your appointment with bare nails unless the product has been applied by myself. Please feel free to contact me for any advice regarding removal.
no shows and late cancellations:
Please contact me by email or phone with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Due to the volume of messages received on social media, this is not an appropriate method of communication regarding appointments.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be required to pay a 50% fee. No shows will be asked to pay the full service cost and a non refundable deposit on future appointments, which is deducted from the service cost on completion.
